- TKT KNov 14, 20251.0I would give zero stars if I could. Rate was increased without knowledge. I received a notice which they then claimed was a error, that my things would be auctioned. They promised me 24hour access the the unit which is not the case. In fact, the other day I was LOCKED INSIDE OF THE BUILDING after 10pm. I called every number imaginable and could not get through to them. I was able to bypass the system and get out, but what if I couldn’t figure that out? I have still not received a response to the voicemails or emails I have left. Terrible customer service.
