    We had a very disappointing experience working with our designer, at this location, for a kitchen upgrade. First, an incorrectly sized cabinet was ordered, which resulted in us having to return it. A restocking fee was then added without being clearly disclosed beforehand, which was very frustrating. When we raised our concerns, there was no accountability or effort made to help resolve the issue. We were even advised not to speak with a department manager that day as he was in a “bad mood”. Thankfully, the store manager, Hansy, was able to step in and get the fee waived for us, which was greatly appreciated. Then, we were also told a replacement cabinet would be ordered for a cabinet we believed was missing, but it was never ordered. Thankfully, we later found the cabinet ourselves, otherwise this could have delayed our project substantially. We also reached out to our designer on April 9th, with a follow-up question regarding a countertop re-trip fee. He immediately responded and told us to “stay tuned”. On April 15th I reached back out to him by email as I hadn’t received an update from him, and as of May 6th I have still not received a response by him. Overall, it appears that once our orders were completed, communication and support dropped off significantly. We are very disappointed in the whole overall experience.. now that our kitchen is completed we will not have to communicate with the designer anymore.. and we will choose other places to go through for any future upgrades.. I will say the store manager however was great and really was a great help.

    Brian in the paint department was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped match a sample piece of custom paint color, and even helped us make it a shade darker. Quick yet personable, would recommend!

    Honestly, this review isn't about the Webster store at all, but about the absolutely horrific experience I received from an online order. I placed an order online, when the product was delivered the boxes were shredded and my product was damaged. When I called to have it fixed, they told me they could no longer offer the promotional 0% apr i received. I asked to speak to a supervisor, anyone at all who could fix it because I am now paying for their terrible 3rd party delivery service. I was met with "there is no supervisor you can speak to" and thats that. I hate to leave this review on the Webster store but they're my local store....not that a billion dollar corporation cares, but I don't see myself shopping here in the future. All because they couldn't just give me my original promotion after they destroyed my product during shipping.

    Horrible company. Terrible service. Return policies terrible. No one around to get answers. Service awful. Home Depot much better. They need to go out of business. You suck.
