    I went shopping for a last minute gift - a plant of all things. No one really there to ask questions to in that area of the store but the staff on the way out was very friendly.

    What is stupid is that on a Saturday afternoon the have one lane open. They have plenty of self serve, but that does not serve you with a smile. Further, no service people on the floor. You want to save me time? More people on the floor, more registers. Less automatic. I will start using Amazon, which I loathe, rather than use automatic checkouts.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE delivery and instillation. Lowe's outsources these services to CRST Home Solutions and this company no showed on me three times. Two of the days I had to take off of work due to the poor communication from them. They would not call me the night before to give me my appointment time, and when I would call them I was met with long wait times and very few answers. After the third day of CRST wasting my time I cancelled my dishwasher and ordered from somewhere else. It is not worth the headache. If I could give negative stars for my experience I would. Lowe's needs to seriously reconsider who they outsource their services too. For myself, I will never order from Lowe's again and I certainly will not be making any recommendations to my friends either.

    I purchased a 2 inch check valve for a sewage pump system. It leaked immediately from the valve body, which cannot be detected unless it is installed. I understand that once it is installed and used even one time it is considered a biohazard. I even understand the store not willing to take it back because of this. What I don’t understand is a store at least not offering to give me a replacement or my money back. If you sell a faulty product, even if you don’t take it back, you should stand by your product. For example: if I buy a burger from McDonald’s and there is a mistake, they simply give me another one and then either let me keep the mistake or throw it away themselves.
