  The people are fabulous. I have shopped at the Watertown store for years and will continue to do so. I had an issue a few years ago and they replaced my piece immediately. I just had my couch and chair looked at for damage and the platinum protection I bought replaced them. This was the best warranty I have ever had. Thank you Watertown store.

  Kathy Bright at your Watertown store is the best! She is very friendly and efficient. I always ask for her when we are looking to purchase furniture. She is always very helpful! I recommend her to my family and friends 😊

  Christine in the Watertown store has gone above and beyond for us . We …really me … have changed my mind 4x on our sectional. Christine has spent 2 days endlessly hours with us picking out mattresses, couch, bed, sectional, end tables and coffee table . Bianca customer care manager was very helpful also .

  Jacob is our favorite Sales person. Always kind, very knowledgeable on every piece of furniture in store, and never pushy. He gives you the perfect amount of space to find what you're looking for. We have bought furniture from this store for years and always ask for Jacob by name.

  Went in today to look for a new rockers for my wife and myself. When we entered we were greeted by Kris who asked if we had any questions or specific items we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about where everything was located in the store and made sure we found what we were looking for. He never pressured us into any purchase however did make sure we were comfortable with the chairs we had decided on and even sold my little man on a new big boy chair. Very good customer service in a very welcoming environment. Also, for anyone who hasn't gone there before like me, the store is about 4 times bigger than I expected with an excellent selection! We will certainly be going back for our next purchase!
