The woman worker decided to make a remark about my children’s behavior to my husband. Completely uncalled for and it’s funny that she didn’t realize she was talking to the father of those children. (My kids acted fine, my 2 year old was fussing). Completely uncalled for.

I am located in Texas so I was highly disappointed that it was not received long story short I called the store and the assistant manager helped tremendously sent one of their lowe’s drivers out by the name of Blaine L which has served himself and knew exactly what to do he reached out to me and let me know he was in his way. You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
