  Sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable, offered good suggestions and worked closely with us doing calculations and measurements to make sure live seat and accent chair were good fits for our living room. It was a pleasure working with Christine.

  The person at the store who sold me the couch was fantastic!! However, since then it’s been annoying and not easy. There was no way to get a hold of confirmation of what color was ordered and it was not included in my receipt. I sent multiple messages on Instagram, Facebook, emails the chat services with no replies or help and now my couch is arriving two weeks after I was told. Extremely difficult communication and customer service. My experience w Bobs was a thousand times better.

  My store experience was great; my wife and I were well taken care of. We're happy with the bedroom set already delivered, and await the delivery of our sofa. My delivery experience, however, was not as satisfactory. Let me be clear: I assign no blame to the two men who formed our delivery team. They were efficient and worked at a breakneck pace while completing their tasks. My blame, and my ire, lie with Raymour and Flanigan's management, who clearly order their delivery crew (s) to work as fast as possible, thus to move on to the next service location. Post-delivery, our townhome now has four areas damaged during our service. The oak staircase railing has scrape marks, the berber carpeting at the transition from the hallway to the bedroom shows some shredded material from pushing our mattress across the floor, and the bedroom door framing trim has both chipped wood and a black scratch. Product deliveries should not disturb your customers' property, nor violate their trust in your ability to provide a first-class experience.

  I have been trying and trying to order a bedroom set and I just couldn't get it done. I had a CSR attempt to help me to no avail. Today was the day I said I was going to get it done. I had to reach out to customer service again and this time I got James Slocum. He was very understanding, patient, and kind. He was willing to go the distance with me no matter how long it took. He assisted me getting what I wanted and after the order was placed he even assisted me with delivery issues. Ask for James Slocum by name if you need assistance with anything because he is willing to help until the issue is resolved. Thank you James for showing me what customer service is all about!

  My experience with Raymour & Flanigan was excellent!! I looked at sofas and when I had a question, Hannah was very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured at all. She was great to work with. I also want to give a shout out to Abby in Customer Service. She too was so helpful and pleasant!! My furniture came right on time and the moving team was polite and friendly. I will definitely be dealing with Raymour & Flanigan in Victor again!!
