Their manager, Eddie, went above and beyond to help me navigate Customer Service and exchange my couch covers. He even is having FedEx come and pick them up from my house to be returned. This store location has amazing customer service and staff willing to go above and beyond for its customers. I will absolutely be shopping again with them!
