  James Slocum helped me in a way that customer service should always be. During an actual blizzard I needed a recliner for my dad who is not well, and all I had done was hit the chat button on the Raymore and Flanagan website which brought me to James thank goodness! We have been messaging and texting for over an hour and he is caring and concerned and helpful to the point of making sure that my very tall father would be comfortable in the recliner that we hoped we could find for him. I only hope all of the staff at this location - eastview -pay attention to what James does. And he should be the benchmark for all customer service everywhere. This may sound hyperbolic but I swear it’s not, and I worked retail for many years.

  I recently was able to attribute my hip, back and sciatica pain due to my failing 13 year old mattress. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Carla Terio, she was professional, informative and transparent. She helped me to select and purchase the Avocado mattress with the extra cushion. After sleeping on it my first night all my hip, and sciatica pain that I thought was chronic disappeared! I also purchased the recommended mattress cover to extend our warranty. I was very pleased with our experience and want to say a special Thank You to Carla!

  I had some questions about an order, so started to chat with AC From the Exton, Pennsylvania store. He did a great job answering all of my questions. Later, when I was attempting to place the order, I was having some issues, so I started another chat with James Slocum who was incredibly helpful in putting the order through and providing additional savings. This was truly a positive Customer Service experience!

  I had an amazing experience with my purchase. Victor from showroom ny 14564 made my shopping experience amazing. I wanted pieces of a set but not the entire set. I reached out and Victor made it possible. When the system was not working I reached to him late at night and he responded. He ensured that I received all available discounts. I can’t thank him enough. I will return to him for future purchases. Thank you Victor for going above and beyond. GOD bless you

  Delivery men were very nice, that’s the only nice part to this review. We paid just under 4k for beautiful furniture… we were aware of the left arm love seat being on back order, was originally end of February, now APRIL?! But the worst part is, the recliner to go with our sectional was delivered with a rip in a very noticeable location, which was sent right back to the delivery truck… and an armless chair that we ADDED to the sectional wasn’t delivered but was included in what was supposed to be delivered. But no worries, next week we will get the armless chair, and fingers crossed… a nice recliner. And then in April, we can finally get the last piece of our sectional. Very upset, and disappointed…
