  We had a very pleasant experience here dealing with Mike (store manager). He was able to find us a mattress that fit our needs right away, was not pushy at all, was informative and a it was a pleasure talking with him. Super efficient experience.

  “Pay more for Shenanigans” that’s what they should be named. I purchased a dresser 18 days ago and STILL don’t have my dresser or a refund which I requested after two rescheduled delivery attempts 10 days ago. Beyond horrible customer service. I reported them to the BBB 5 days ago and they haven’t even responded to that. They are basically scam artists that take your money and don’t deliver a product then say it can be up to 15 business days from the day you manage to get ahold of someone before you “might” get your refund. Buyer beware.

  I had a pretty poor experience working with one of the salespeople here. I had what is admittedly a more complex ask, and as such, spent a lot of time explaining the situation. Phone calls, texts, and it all started with a chat on their website. I was under the impression that we were on the same page, as I was assured my needs were understood. Color me surprised when what I thought we had talked about did not happen and when I reached out, the blame got put back on me and there was a general unwillingness to accept responsibility and figure something out... Leaving me in a difficult situation, without any empathy or understanding. At the end of the day, I feel like they were willing to promise whatever you make a sale, even if they knew they couldn't deliver on the promise.

  Not happy with follow up service. Moved permanently to NY state, purchased $6K furniture & made mistake of paying $399.95 for Platinum Protection Plan. One of the rocking recliners is not functioning, a lemon, and for over a month I've called the salesman, customer service, filled out form, and Salesman said he'd forward problem UP. But nothing. I was truly surprised, I was told this was a terrific store with excellent service. James, the Salesman, was kind , responded to calls and text, but once out the door, we can hear crickets from the lack of response. Beware. $400 is a LOT of money for nothing.

  Actually Zero Stars. Hello. My Name is George Wade. I am a retired auto dealer and after I sold my 2 stores after 20 years, I recruited and trained sales people at dealerships across the country for 5 years and for 10 years i was a corporate regional sales trainer for Samsung before retiring. I walked into your Henrietta NY location yesterday around 12:30 PM. I have been thinking about a new recliner. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who asked what brought me in. I introduced myself as George and he then said he was Muhammad. I told him that the sign outside said there was a clearance area, and maybe I could take a look at what was available. He pointed and said they are over there. The showroom is MASSIVE. There were Employees at the sales desk, and no one offered to qualify me in any way. I walked around the showroom for 10 minutes, and sat in a bunch of chairs. I'm certain that sales people walked by me ( they were well dressed) but not a single person said a word to me. When I walked past the sales desk up front there were 4 people around the desk talking and laughing. I slowed my gait to see if anyone would even acknowledge me. No one did. I walked out the door without even a hello outside of Muhammad when I walked in. I thought 2 things as I was leaving. 1) If I was still working... I could help this location. 2) When I was in the driver's seat (auto business pun intended), I couldn't fix anything I didn't know about. Maybe this was isolated. However, at 68 years old and 45 years sales experience at all levels of the sales process tell me different. Thanks for your time. George Wade PS I am going to buy a recliner.
