  Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They helped me settle on a color when I was struggling with which I preferred. Ended up with a color I know I will love but wouldn’t have chosen on my own.

  It’s a very nice store. Everyone is extremely helpful. I got to work with the manager and two people from sales. There was a minor problem with the paperwork having someone else’s name on it but they worked with me and found that I was the purchaser. They corrected the warranty to be in my name and helped me load it into my car. When I purchased the chair I was in and out in minutes and when I picked it up I was in and out in minute even with paperwork corrections. This furniture chain is culturally different from the other big furniture chains and I mean that in the best possible way!

  Geoffrey Case and J combs are awesome representatives for la-z-boy. They took care of my order and fixed so many wrongs by a different store location. Not only did they get my order placed quickly and correctly, they made sure to take care of me above and beyond. I highly recommend both these gentleman and this store!

  Posting this for my mother. This has been the worst furniture‑buying experience she’s ever had. She purchased a couch, oversized chair, and recliner. The store confirmed delivery, so she scheduled removal of her old furniture. On delivery day, only the couch arrived—and it was missing the electrical transformer needed to power the motor. When she called, the store insisted she had not ordered the chair, even though her receipt clearly showed all three items. Only after pushing back did they agree to schedule the missing pieces. The assistant store manager was rude and dismissive about the missing transformer, insisting she “pair the remote” (which she never received) and correcting her condescendingly about what the part was called. Because she is recovering from knee surgery and needs the couch to elevate her leg, she accepted a transformer pulled from a floor model. Even then, only half the couch worked. When she asked the store manager for a replacement couch, he told her nothing could be done because she had accepted delivery. After more back‑and‑forth, he finally agreed it would be replaced with her next delivery. The day before that scheduled delivery, she called for an ETA and learned the store manager had canceled the entire order without notifying her. When questioned, he claimed he didn’t remember their conversation and said he canceled everything because the chair wouldn’t be available until the end of March—despite her having paid in full. Corporate was no help, saying this location is independently owned and they had no contact information for the owner. She previously had a great experience with La‑Z‑Boy, but after this, she will never purchase from them again. She was even afraid to post a review before her recliner arrived, worried the store might retaliate. I hope the rest of her order arrives without more issues.

  John was new but did a great job not hovering over us allowing us to look around without pressure. When he didn’t know an answer he would ask his manager for clarification on questions. Overall experience was Great!
