I will go past home depot to get to lowes. that being said . the only reason I will step foot into lowes again after the catastrophe I've had to deal with is because of ASM ALISA. I bought a nearly 750 dollar snow blower on a black friday deal for a christmas gift for my fiance . she tried it and it was just too much for her to handle she wanted a smaller more manageable snow blower. so we try to take it back january 3rd... they turn us away and say its past the 30 day return window. I said it was a gift for christmas and I have the receipt . they still said no . we tried the binghamton store they said gtta take it back where you got it . so then I spoke with ALISA who was very helpful and understanding of the situation. I was able to get my refund so I can purchase something my fiance will actually use... to think if they didnt give me a refund they wouldve lost out on so much more money with future purchases. THANK YOU ALISA FOR PUTTING AN END TO THAT NIGHTMARE .

He pointed us in the direction, we ask the worker over there for help, what do you know he calls the first guy who wouldn’t move or come help us…to come help us. I tell him I need 2 pieces of wood cut into multiple pieces for a table (all the same size). He points to a hand written note up on the wall that says “only 3 cuts of wood” and says sorry “they say any more than 3 cuts of wood is considered ‘a waste of time because it’s a project’.” IM SORRY WHAT? That’s exactly why I’m here…because I have a project to finish. Long story long I called upper front street and they were kind and pleasant, told me they would cut as much wood as I need…were happy to help and do their job all while cracking jokes and having fun. Don’t go to vestal.
