Had a 91 dollar purchase in just the paint department alone had 1 paint stirrer handed to me ridiculous had a 5 dollar off for joining lowes they said I have to go to website to to qualify so I wasn't able to redeem it says phone number and email doesn't do it alone customer next be tried the same thing as she left said she told them keep the 5 dollars I won't be back me too

The worst Lowe’s in the area. The store is highly disorganized—items are scattered everywhere and rarely in the right place. The staff is unprofessional. I asked for 27-gallon containers, and multiple employees sent me to a supervisor named Anthony to bring a pallet down from a high shelf. He told me to wait, but after 40 minutes he never returned. The only helpful person was a guy from the windows and doors department, but even then I waited another 20 minutes and no one showed up. I ended up wasting an hour just trying to get clear boxes. No thanks—I’ll buy elsewhere.
