She's extremely knowledgeable and watching her care for the plants is amazing because she makes it look like an artform. I feel guilty at times because I'm constantly disrupting her work day with plant questions for my plants (both cubicle and personal). Despite the disruption, she is always kind and provides wonderful insight on what to do or how to improve my plant care. I've learned so much from her and she also has a very calming presence. Thank you Nicki for providing excellent service and making Area 66N beautiful.
