  I was greeted at the front of the store by Conrad who kindly explained the sale & how the furniture was marked. He let me browse the store by myself but checked on me occasionally. I found several sleeper sofas that I liked which he explained all the features. I wasn’t ready to buy so Conrad gave me his card. I called an hour later & purchased a sofa that was on clearance. It was so convenient to pay thru a link that Conrad had sent to me. I would definitely visit this store again & ask for Conrad.

  We walk around looking at sectionals a few days before purchasing. Noone was pushy or always asking if we needed help. They just let us walk around. When we went back a couple days later, we were greeted by a gentleman at the front door. He was very polite and let us go to look at the piece of furniture that we picked out. He allowed us to have our time on the furniture checking to see if we really wanted to purchase. Then when we called him, he helped us with everything we needed. He was a great guy. Lots of laughs and helpful through the purchasing part. We would definitely go back and use them again

  I strongly recommend staying away from Raymour and Flanigan. Delivery / setup experience of a bedframe and bedroom set 2 yrs ago was not great, they struggled. Now the bedframe is broken and good luck reaching customer service, either online or via the phone. No return calls in over a week, and I recall problems with delivery as well with scheduling/return calls. STAY AWAY! VERY easy to reach sales of course, but not service!

  I was greeted promptly on entering the showroom. I was working with John Herholtz ; an associate paged him. He explained he was engaged with another client and asked a manager to assist me. Dakota was exceptional to work with. John came to check on my progress as soon as he was able. We completed all necessary paperwork even though there was an issue with the computer system. The showroom is lovely and well set up. The staff is polite & friendly.
