Office called me during business hours the next day to check in, super appreciated that. Just stopped in to do something with my account and had excellent and thorough help from the store manager Nye. She took the time to reiterate key aspects of the lease to ensure I knew the terms and showed me how to make future account changes in the app. She was thorough, friendly, and quick! Never felt like reviewing a storage facility before but the experience was great. 😊

We’re renting a unit to store our student’s stuff while waiting for the move-in to his next dorm location in the fall, and the everyone has been extremely helpful guiding us through the rental process and helping us get familiar with the facility.
- JQJeffrey QuickApr 4, 20261.0This place is like the drug dealer who sells from the corner. “First hit is free” , only for the prices to double, or in extra spaces case, quadruple once you get your stuff in there. Within the first 6 months my price doubled and within the first 12 months went from $60 to $250. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Also had the ceiling leak on my stuff twice in 8 months. Instead of working with you to keep you there they will tell you straight to your face they raise the prices so frequently because “they can” lol. In the event that they respond to this , do not listen to their automated ai response. They don’t raise prices to expand services , or use it to remove snow. They use to to open more locations so they can bleed others dry. Not a single good thing about this place. First month is free yes, but you will be paying $250 within 12 months lol. Unless they raised the rates again, which knowing this company they probably have.
