    I purchased new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, washer, dryer) for a home I have been renovating for my family to move into. They were delivered and intentionally left uninstalled as we were redoing our electrical. About two weeks ago I installed the washing machine, only to find out on its inaugural run that the bottom of the outer tub had a giant crack in it, which in turn flooded my laundry room and the floor below. I have spent the past two weeks going back and forth with customer service and Lowe's distribution. Both were happy to allow me to swap out the item that was delivered broken (and would have flooded my house anyway had I paid for their guys to install it). All they needed was for "leadership" at the Syracuse distribution center to give it a thumbs up after all other parties said "absolutely" and were super kind. Today, after 6 phone calls and 2 emails, they finally just said "No, call Maytag", not directly to me, but through one of their subordinates. Tldr; If you buy your appliances from here, you are rolling the dice. If anything is wrong, leadership will hide behind email and run you around until you say screw it, and take your business elsewhere.

    Absolutely empty of any associates when assistance was needed. Literally wandered for 10 minutes and saw not a single employee. Called their number for help and someone eventually showed up who seemed irritated I had disturbed him to do his job. What in the hell has happened to retail customer service?

    I purchased a refrigerator from Lowe’s mainly because they could deliver it on 12-14. They gave me a time from 1:30 and 5:30 The truck showed up at 6:00 Sat at the bottom of my driveway for 5 minutes and then drove away. When I called the women said the driver wait we were not at home. They said the next delivery date was in 3 days from 8:00am to 8:00pm. I was so made I told them to cancel the order and I will go to Home Depot and buy one

    I went to Lowe's this evening and for personal reasons I've been going through some tough situations and it's been hard on me and my three dogs but I don't want to get into that I met an employee there named Elizabeth and not only was she extremely helpful from the time I said excuse me to ask her a question but she was kind-hearted and caring and amazing!! She truly cared and was so amazing I wish words could express how amazing she was in every way possible!! It was an absolute pleasure and after my amazing experience with her around the store she made sure that I was 100% good and she was so amazing to talk to and so helpful and just so kind and caring and I just want to thank her and Lowe's for hiring such an amazing employee and then when I went to do the self-checkout the young gentleman with the crutches I didn't get his name unfortunately but he was an absolute sweetheart as well and very helpful!! And then I called the manager over that I had seen at the time and I let him know all of this and he was sweet as well!! If I can help with this will be the only Lowe's I ever go to and I definitely recommend that they're the employees and the bosses are amazing!!! Thanks you guys you really made my evening and helped me more than you know!!♥️
