I signed the contract in early May with an anticipated finish date at the beginning of August. The delay was originally mine because I was having some hardscape work done. It is nearing the end of October and my project is still not complete. The subcontractor, John Dolan from JSM Fence Lowes Installer does not actually respond to messages half the time and I have had to escalate to Lowe’s installation support in numerous times. I took their no interest financing deal but now a third of the time is taken up because of installation delay delays. There is nothing but one lie after another. They take 100% of your money upfront and you have no leeway to make any progress.Use anybody else other than Lowe’s and certainly don’t ever contract with JSM Fence Lowes Installer.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
