  I wanted to take a moment to share how wonderful our experience was at the Lovesac Syracuse showroom. Lori was absolutely incredible. She spent over an hour with us, patiently rearranging the entire showroom multiple times to help us visualize and try out different configurations and truly figure out what would work best for our space and family. She never made us feel rushed and genuinely cared about helping us get it right. What stood out even more was the support after we left the store. We were so grateful to have Lori and the staff available by text to send additional photos, answer follow-up questions, help us think through setup, and even assist with switching out pieces. That level of service is rare. We could not be happier — with Lori, the support, or the product itself. Our Sactional is attractive, incredibly comfortable, fully customizable, and fits our family perfectly.

  A friend of mine wanted to help me with couch shopping and suggested we check out LoveSac, and I'm very happy that we did! I was entirely unfamiliar with Sactionals, but Shefey did a fantastic job explaining all the features and answering my many questions. He took the time to understand what exactly I was looking for (the space, the layout, pet-friendly materials, etc.), and I never felt like I was being upsold, manipulated, or pressured to purchase anything. I took quite a long time deliberating given the price, but even with other customers in the store Shefey continued to be attentive and patient. I really can't speak highly enough of the service! The Sactionals themselves are super nice too, with their modularity, removable and washable covers, and lifetime warranty. I'm very excited for mine to arrive. I'll absolutely be recommending LoveSac to anyone I know who is looking for a couch. Update: My Sactionals arrived in under a week. Took me a few hours to unpack, cover, and assemble everything by myself, but now that it's all done I'm very happy with it (as are my cats). I've already played around with some different layouts, and rearranging the seats and sides to form new configurations is a breeze.

  We thought we loved this… then the power went out & we reconnected, then the internet went out & again we reconnected, then the sound bar just stopped connecting to the woofer & we reconnected… guess what, they disconnected again and now we got to reconnect again… this review is only for the sound system, in no way is it a reflection of the Destiny locations team!!!

  Sales person knowledgeable and patient. There are many options for covers, amount, of seats and sides. Furniture was delivered 2 days after picking it out. They are easy to put together and give such great versatility to our living room. Plus there are many upgrades that can be made. Recommend knowing dimensions of the room before going.
