  A med change has been causing dizziness. I asked the clerk as I checked out if there was a place I could sit and her and the manager and directed me to the outside lobby that had benches for display and I sat for a moment. Thank you for your kindness. Since this is a new experience for me, I am grateful for the stores that provide the shoppers a place to rest for a moment. It makes me pause to think that many of our elderly might need this sort of accommodation and suggest that having a place for shoppers to rest a moment to all larger stores. In this day and age stores need to accommodate to make themselves stand out to get that extra business. This is a thoughtful way to do that. Just my two cents :-)

  I am in love with Hobby Lobby I found a beautiful wooden cutting board the last time I went in and it was a steal for under 8 dollars so I snatched it up and I have been preparing it for use as we speak.

  I went yesterday late in the evening to the store, to buy an item I needed for finish a proyect I working on it. I went to an employee that was at the clearance aisle for assistance and ask for what I needed. She do not look at me when I talked to her, was on the device she had in her hand, no listening what I was needing. She looks like molested because I came to her for assistance. Very rude. I just turned around and walked away.That’s how you lose customers.

  Called at 10:20am and asked if they had blank floor mats in stock, was told they had at least 8. Asked her to hold them for me and she told me no and that it wasn’t necessary. Came here at 6pm as I told her I was going to and there were only 2 left. Unprofessional. Should have held them for me when I asked.

  I think the store is really nice it has a lot of options to choose from esp if your are a crafter. But yesterday I had a real bad experience with manager Claudette and I had to call there corporate office to file a complaint. There office was very concerned at how badly I was treated. There office jumped right on the complaint to fix it. First the store couldn't find my transaction from Aug. 2nd I was accused of lieing about the date when I purchased one of the items because she found a sticker on the bottom of the item that said 2024, and the item on the shelf that replaced my item was now a 2025 sticker. So this manager insisted my item was over a year old. When I explained I have a TBI injury and if she can help me find my transaction on my chime history we can clear this up, but she insisted I was the liar. And she embarrassed me Infront of other customers standing in line. I left this store in tears. When I got home as i stated I called customer service and the very nice lady found my transaction as I stated. It was on the date I provided. And the lamp was purchased in Aug. She called the store and told Claudette she had to give me all my money back in cash. Ty hobby lobby for fixing this issue. I just wish Claudette would have apologized before I walked away. I could have put on a seen when I went back but I didn't . sorry but she owes me an apology. I live my life now with a TBI injury from an assault that took place in this city. It effects everything I do in my day now, this is how people treat me many places I go and it's so frustrating I was always like this , at one time in my life I was a pharmacist. I lost my life when I was assulted. I am not slow . I am very smart. Don't judge a book by its cover . Ty for reading.
