    Well I will say today I witnessed a worker outside of my neighbors house talking some crazy crap about them well grabbing there product from the truck to carry it in very unprofessional it wasn't both workers but when ur saying nasty things about ur customers to a point where a neighbor on there front porch can hear u at the road and ur degrading and saying nasty stuff about ur customer that's crap job ethics this is all why we stay far away from aroons nothing but issues

    Nicole Bauder horrible human being she is the store manager and I guess general manager first contact with this lady she started telling internal business about taking the former managers job and all the drama in Aaron’s , I don’t know who appointed her but she eventually refered or me as YOU people as she is a Caucasian and I’m a minority she lies and is very manipulative I am medical provide and essential worker i have given my life to help others and save lives no matter what the customer and client is right, there damage to an item in store and weren’t sure what exactly caused the damaged I was willing to pay just wanted to demand we pay something I asked about product insurance my goals was resolve any issues we add order a piece of furniture that was not delivered they never gave us any notice of delivery or not she had no intentions of communicating she said she would call us back she never did we got in to a verbal dispute where she insulted me infront of other employees mind you we have CASHED out furniture before in the past and have a record buying things and pay offs , it’s really hard to communicate with I’ve seen her have poor interactions with other customers , she called her regional boss Bret Ponti who refused us service said our money was no good to them and that they don’t care about any loss of money … please they don’t care about essential workers first responders doctors , policemen , nurses , etc my community or minorities please beware and do not purchase from this company horrible worse experience ever being cursed out belittled and treated less than human , we were talked down on like dogs , we are a hard working family that are trying she insulted us saying we probably can’t afford anything …. She needs to released from her employment there and never work in customer service again , speaking to corporate please pull all the phone calls and records Tony is the best guy has the best customer service he needs to run this place

    This store has horrible communication. Isaiah was very nice. I was told that my living room set was going to arrive on this past Saturday. I called on Saturday and was told that they made a mistake and it would be delivered today between 3 and 6. I called today to verify and was told by the manager that that wasn't going to happen. She said that I should have never been told that. She was rude and not very apologetic. There's no reason to be rude to a customer especially if they were expecting something.

    I am renting from them now and the manger very unprofessional no communication and does nothing but tell lies I have been contacted them for over a month about my tv someone from there store came to look at the TV and he knows something going on with the TV but he says he cant do anything without the manger approval and for whatever reason the manger won't let them come get my TV what am I supposed to do,trying to get in contact with corporate cant find a email or number, I have to say even though I was disappointed with service and how was being treated, at the end they did come thru and I want to shout out the driver who came to my apartment today (I am so bad with names) but he was excellent and he was by himself and did a great job thank you again you know who you are!!!!

    This place was great Tony and Jamie where awesome helping me and my girlfriend get a new couch and a nice TV for our living room! Jamie' and Tony's customer service where top tier they need raises !!!
