  I visited the store twice to make this purchase. I dealt with two different sales people who were extremely supportive and knowledgeable. There was no issue with the shared sale. Each just wanted to make sure I was happy and helped me set up the payment and the delivery. I am very happy that there is not much wait time for the delivery. Usually when people go for furniture, they need it quickly. And that was the case with me!

  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan thanks to Brian. He made the process easy, helping me find a beautiful bedroom set and the right mattress. He was knowledgeable, with no pressure at all—just genuine assistance. Additionally Raymour had A TON of great options in variable price ranges. I’m very happy with my purchase.

  The website wasn't working correctly. I called and spoke with Steve Kaj who went above and beyond a true customer service employee. I was able to get my order through!!! I was concerned because of the renovations and painting appointments for my home, but didn't want to lose out on the incredible sales! Mr. Kaj made it possible for me to get the sale and set up for a future delivery when the renovations would be completed. I'm so happy. The anxiety over timing of delivery time is gone!!! Thank you, Mr Kaj!

  I had the pleasure of working with Steve at Raymour & Flanigan, and I can confidently say he is one of the best furniture associates I’ve ever encountered. I was first introduced to Steve by my brother about two years ago, and from that very first experience, his honesty, kindness, and professionalism stood out. Steve is incredibly transparent and respectful in the way he التعامل with customers. He takes the time to truly listen, never pressures you into a purchase, and makes sure you fully understand your options. That level of sincerity is rare, and it’s exactly why I made it a point to come back and request him specifically when I was ready to buy furniture again. His customer service goes beyond just making a sale, he genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to leave satisfied and confident in their decisions. That kind of dedication builds trust, and it keeps customers like me coming back. Raymour & Flanigan is very fortunate to have someone like Steve on their team. His love for what he does and his commitment to excellent service truly deserve recognition. In my opinion, he is more than worthy of a promotion for his hard work and the positive impact he has on customers.

  TERRIBLE!! All my furniture is from Raymour . I have seen a huge decline in the quality. Bought my daughter a bedroom set and in 3 years the bed broke it literally snapped. Had insurance and they would only give a reselect for bed not whole set. We decided we were buying a bed elsewhere. We decided to use the credit towards stools for kitchen . We bought 6 stools used the credit and paid the rest in cash. Paid three hundred and change for each stool. We didn't even have them a year and 5 out of 6 broke. We called Raymour and they sent a technician over . He fixed 3 but couldn't fix 2. Raymour said there's nothing else they could do. Pretty much said we are beat on the 2 broken ones. They wont stand behind their furniture unless you have insurance (we couldn't get because it was partially a reselect). Terrible customer service. The woman was blaming me for not researching the wood they use. Which is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. All in all their furniture isn't made to last. Just a waste of money. They definitely lost a customer.
