  Couldn’t ask for a better experience. We know the store well, having been there a few times. R & F is different than other furniture stores. It’s quality and professional service all around which bring us back. Godfrey helped us out and was extremely helpful and courteous. The delivery was quick, on time and went very smooth. You can look around at other stores but R & F is the best one for what you need.

  We've bought furniture from Raymour and Flanigan for many years and have always been very pleased with the merchandise and the service. They delivered a power lift chair for my Mom in a few days when she needed one. Just this past Saturday, they went above and beyond to accommodate us. My husband had quadruple bypass surgery 3 days before, and needed a power rise recliner before Monday, when I was told he was being discharged home. The chair I picked couldn't be delivered until Wednesday. Kevin, the salesperson, arranged to have the floor model delivered to my house that same day. It was delivered, installed and tested within 2 hours, and it was ready for my husband when he came home 2 days later. I highly recommend Raymour and Flanigan and I will continue to buy all my furniture there.

  In-store service was excellent, but the delivery experience was very disappointing. I purchased recliner seats and a dining table, and during installation the delivery team plugged both recliners into the same outlet. A spark occurred, and immediately after that my living room outlets and lights stopped working. Prior to delivery, all outlets and lights were functioning properly. The installers did not test the recliners or ask where they should be connected, and then tried to blame me for the issue. They left without resolving the problem, leaving me with electrical damage. Overall, great in-store experience, but the delivery service was unacceptable
