  After a minor persistent rodent issue (in walls) became major (beginning to enter the apartment through a new hole) late at night, I found this business after a quick Google, and gave them a call. I spoke with Mike, and he started the dispatch process with his field technician. The field technician arrived quickly, and immediately went to work. He inspected every possible place for an entry to be, and plugged the key entry spot that the mice were working on. After plugging the main entry spot, he asked to inspect other spots in the apartment. He found a few possible entry spots underneath our bathroom sink, and sealed them up. The technician was efficient and thorough. He laid some traps as a safety measure. On top of it all, he wore shoe coverings! I was thankful for his time, attention to detail, and knowledge. I have saved their number in my phone, and will be recommending them to friends that have pest problems.
