I needed to copy my car’s key, it costs more than 200 dollars, they charged me, scheduled appointment and nobody even came! When I called them they said there is some delay, but nobody warned me, nobody called, they said we called you yesterday but it is a lie, I don’t have any missed calls on my phone. I missed my work and was standing for 20 minutes in the freezing weather outside the Lowe’s and nobody even came! I canceled the order but, I’m not sure these frauds even going to refund me. I’m very disappointed and upset.
