Unfortunately the customer service is terrible. No one knew where to find things, they sent me to the wrong isle and one employee asked for someone to come assist me on isle 7 over the loud speaker and I waited almost 30 minutes before asking for a manager.
After all that they tell me they don't have what I was looking for. They do have great products just lack of employee's that are familiar with what they offer and where it's located in the store

Manager, where are all the CARTS? I come all the time to gardening and have to walk to lumber. Guess what? None there either. Get it together. Home depot has all there carts lined up at the front and that is where I go. You are losing money.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
