  2 windows have blinds sections that were wrongly sent and the blinds for the doors are defect(blinds lopsided). The installer told me it had to be replaced, waiting time from manufacturing to installation probably another 2 weeks again. Showroom staff Lynn attentive and helpful great to work with. Installer Al was great.Hopefully he's going to be the one to reinstall the corrected blinds.

  David and the rest of the team at Blinds To Go are highly professional and always willing to assist. I needed a new remoter for my electric Blinds and David went well beyond all assistance in obtaining them for me .David helped me get the correct remote when the warehouse sent the wrong remote. Outstanding is the only word I would use to describe his commitment to service for a customer. Thank you David and the team at Blinds To Go on Richmond Ave.,

  Went in today to pick up my blind that was repaired. I had forgotten that they were covered by a lifetime guarantee. The timeliness of the repair (no cost) the quality of their product and the customer service were all impeccable. Denise was a joy to work with and brightened up the day 😊

  Excellent service from Blinds To Go from start to finish! The sales team, management, and installation crew were all professional and easy to work with. I had a small issue with the automatic blinds, and they handled it right away without hesitation. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

  Had a very informative and inspirational experience at the Staten Island Blinds to Go. Went in conflicted about what we were looking for in window coverings. Creativity flowed and directed us to refinement with the arrangement of in home designer visit. Thank you for guidance that helped us make a purchase.
