I’m here frequently, at least several times a week. The staff are generally okay, but I am absolutely fed up with the experience in the store. Every aisle on the lumber end of the store is packed so full of online orders that it’s impossible to navigate with a lumber cart, sometimes even a standard cart. It means I have to either forego what I want or move everybody else’s stuff out of the way. When the staff are done with forklift operations, they leave the gates up and the aisles full of product. On top of that, 9.5 of 10 times I’m in the store, I have to hunt for a cart because they are either being used for online orders, or aren’t brought back into the store and I have to search the parking lot for the cart I need. Lastly, quite often I have to move damaged product off the pile of whatever it is that I actually need to get to. Today I moved 10 sheets of various types of plywood off the stack of what I needed. This is a store, not a warehouse, but it’s hard to tell.
