As a property management team in the Hampton’s security is number 1. I happily recommend Briscoe Protective for full service of any alarm and monitoring needs. Tammy in Support is always quick to respond and to help troubleshoot any issues that might be remedied remotely. When needing techs onsite I know I can trust her see the next steps though. Install, service and central station, Briscoe has you covered.

Briscoe is top notch! From an email of an issue, to a service call five minutes later! Response time is impeccable, and great service to boot!

it goes from bad to worse:
bad phone tree , with too many voice mails, not enough humans
difficulty contacting my monitoring service, as Briscoe has more than on in a given geography
difficulty resetting faulty sensors without having a $250 visit from them
An excessive buy-out of services based on a hidden 5 year contract.
Check out newer systems , much more convenient and much less expensive.....

Briscoe is by far the worst alarm company.
Reason for Cancellation:
- Extremely poor service.
- Unresponsive customer service, that numerous follow up calls.
- Very substantial delay in response time during incident (full day waiting for an update instead of a few hours).
- Had to request guard to come three times as they did not check the area of the house where the detector went off the first two times.
- Billing practices are not transparent and no rationale or breakdown provided when billed are sent.
- Once we cancelled our contract instead of waiting the last day of our billing cycle as requested they cut the service immediately without even telling us.
- Dan the manager and Mel in billing returns calls.
If you want your house protected by responsible people just take your business somewhere else.
