I am here, and you have the most unpleasant staff working. I don't care if they are having a bad day; don't bring it to work. This elderly lady was so damn rude and unkind to my 3-year-old son. There is a door that says “staff” only. The door is kept closed, but it is apparently not kept locked. My 3-year-old opened it, and a younger staff member shouted at me that my child opened it, saying, “If he catches fire, it’s on me.” Management, please be advised that people take their kids with them to do laundry. If there are doors that are a threat, they need to be kept locked, not just closed. Secondly, teach your staff to be pleasant, especially the elderly lady with the glasses.

The place was clean, the machines were working well, and I.H. was always available to answer questions or help out when needed. It really makes a difference when someone is welcoming and attentive. I’ll definitely be coming back!
