  I’m pleased with the 2 chairs we purchased but not pleased that the coffee table we purchased has scratched so much and so quickly and easily. I tried addressing with the company and was told nothing could be done because this is normal wear. We don’t have kids at home so this shouldn’t have happened. I’m afraid to touch the table (& end tables)!

  The recliner that I received last Saturday is horrible. It is very noisy, uncomfortable, the handle is very hard to move. I almost tipped over when I went back on it. I am not satisfied at all and I would rather get something else better because this chair is dangerous and made poorly. It creaks when you move around in it. It did not feel that way at the store plus you really can get a good feel of a chair until you use it and this one is really bad.Patrick was an excellent salesman and I am hoping that they do the right thing and take care of this issue for me. I went back to the store Kat was helping me first because Patrick was with another customer. I asked to look at one of the real expensive recliners that I saw online. I sat in it and Kat said that it was way too big for me. She proceeded to show me others at that time Patrick met up and between the three of us we found one that was remote, leather, on sale and awesome. Kat did not try to sell me the expensive one just because she wanted to sell me one that fit my needs. Patrick took care of me and set up free delivery, just paid the difference on the warranty and price of the recliner. I will be receiving it this Saturday. They did the right thing. They made me really happy and I am grateful for their service and compassion. I received my chair yesterday 4/25/26 . I love it. It’s so comfortable and I love it that it’s remote. I am so satisfied that Patrick took care of the situation and made me a happy customer. I got a much better recliner , paid more but he took care of the other expenses.   We were really happy with our experience with La-Z-Boy. Patrick, the manager, greeted us right away and was great. He showed us around and explained all the bells and whistles. Janis was so nice and helpful in picking out our furniture. Instead of one room we bought two rooms of really nice furniture.
