- EGEric GuilderFeb 5, 20261.0We were told we were approved by Julian and paid $132.00 and then when we went to pick up the merchandise we were told that it wasn't approved and we have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. Julian was also very rude and said he was the approval manager and this is what he did so don't question him, but yet when it came time to say that it wasn't approved, he hid in the back office and wouldn't come out. I saw him through the glass window but he wouldn't even look out front at us. Also while we were in the store an employee again named Julian asked my roommate (who was the actual customer) if he could bum a cigarette from him. That's great customer service this place really sucks and the manager is just as bad. Update: Today Luz wants to pretend to be a manager and call and apologize.That she was on a zoom call for over a half hour while we waited, and that there was this whole misunderstanding and in 6 months we could reapply But no, thanks.We're good aaron's is trash

Leasing to own from Aaron’s can be a great way to get what you want right now. We offer a simple lease program where you make periodic renewal payments, and if you make all of the lease renewal payments or complete an early purchase option, you will own the merchandise. Leasing is a convenient way to get the items you want without a big upfront payment, using credit, or making a long-term commitment. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
