  unprofessional, sat there for 25 minutes and was ignored. when someone was finally directed to me .. I told him what I was looking for and he kept over talking me and trying to get me into a recliner chair - when I reminded him multiple times I did not want one. He directed me to go see the Ashley store in Amsterdam .. needless to say, will never buy from here.

  Joe Roberts introduced himself and gave me time to look around without any pressure. Told me to let him know if I had any questions or needed support. Found what I was looking for in quality and style. Joe provided me with swatches to bring home and to look at with my other pieces and paintings. Returned the next week he remembered me and asked what color did you choose. Additionally, he went to Roc to help get it put on the truck for the delivery date I needed as I only had one day off from work.

  Jen was very helpful as we picked out a reclining loveseat and has been very patient with finding the right mattress, which is always a long draw out process. Notices and tracking option helped me plan our day around the delivery. The guys were great, very professional and respectful. All in all a great experience and we will definitely go back as we need more furniture.

  On 4/11/26 I called Raymour & Flanagan/ Saratoga Springs__ asking about a rocker recliner and Christine(sounded nice) put me in touch w/ sales associate Melissa__who went over what they had in store and how to also go to their online outlet store__which I did__ Found one I liked/reasonably priced. Called Melissa back and went down to store in person where she helped me with transaction. She was very professional__very nice and made my experience effortless. Then on 4/15/26 Two nice guys Gary and George delivered my new rocker recliner__ they had it setup/tested it in less then 10 mins__the both of them very professional. I can already tell I ll be very happy with it. Thank you Melissa!! Thank you Gary and George!!

  From the first phone call where I made an appt with Deb Kroslak, we felt seen and heard about what we were looking for. She was wonderful- met us with a smile and a handshake and when we left, it was hugs all around. She was intuitive enough to know when my husband and I needed some guidance/advice and also when we needed some privacy to "negotiate" the sofa selection with each other lol and was very thorough with processing the order. We're thrilled with our purchase and can’t wait to get it!
