    They never answered the phone so I could ask if product was in stock. I called customer service 4 times to file complaint and customer service tried 3 way call with this store and customer service reps also were hung up on or phone just rang. Horrible customer service from Saratoga Springs Lowes. Lowe's in Glenville does answer their phone. I did buy the product at Ace Hardware and will not ever try Lowes again. Is it any wonder why brick n mortar stores are going out of business, poor customer service. See attached phone records.

    We just wanted to acknowledge one of the managers, Tevin. We have been remodeling a home for the past 8 months and have purchased 80% of our materials from Lowe’s. Tevin has always gone above and beyond to help in any way he can. Yesterday 4/25/26 we had the worst experience we have ever had with customer service and two employees in the garden center. They deliberately walked away from my fiance, who was on the outside of the gate waiting for the 4 fence panels he had purchased and they were called to pull (from the register in the PRO checkout). My fiance then walked back around and into the store - to which these two employees still ignored him, and refused to help. I knew something was going on, because it was taking WAY longer than it should have. I looked through the gate to see my fiance, sifting through the panels himself, when normally someone would have them pulled and ready to be set on our trailer. I ran around and back into the store, and grabbed Tevin, who immediately came out and took care of the situation. (The first two employees conveniently were MIA at this point). Tevin started grabbing panels to help Josh, apologized over and over for the inconvenience and you could truly see the embarrassment on his face for the way we were treated. The two disrespectful employees then appeared again, and decided to exchange words with us about what happened, trying to justify their complete lack of customer service. So, thank you Tevin! For knowing customer service in and out, and stepping up and in to help when customer service falls short from the other employees.

    We used to come here all the time as did our family, friends, and extended family. This was our top place for holiday decor. But like many others, we reject what Lowe's is doing in their parking lots. We value our privacy and the privacy of others. Do a little research and you'll know what we mean. We won't be returning.

    Dawn from Saratoga’s customer service was beyond helpful and went the extra hundred miles to find my washer/dryer. Over a 45 minute period she help track down my washer in another store and still helped every customer for pickups and customer service well answering the phone she just amazing Lowes is beyond lucky to have a person of her caliber working on their staff. There is no doubt in my mind if she wasn’t there I would not found my unit in another store that easily.
