  I walked into Raymour & Flanagan just to browse for a dining table and Melissa was so helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I ended I buying the perfect table and chairs, dining server and rug. Highly recommend Melissa.

  From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated very well. The sales staff made contact with us, offered assistance and answered any questions we had. We never felt pressured into anything nor were we left waiting or looking for someone to help. Overall, this was a great experience and makes it easy for us to want to come back here to make more purchases in the future.

  I walked into R&F several weeks ago to look for a recliner chair. Angelica greeted my daughter and I. She showed us a few chairs and then let us look around on our own. There was no pressure which I like. Today, Jon Palmeri worked with us. I showed him the chair I wanted and he checked if it was available. It will be a few weeks before I can get it, but he filled out paperwork and let me know that I will be notified when it's available. He was very professional and polite. It was an extremely positive experience and I would return to Raymour& Flanigan again for future purchases. Phyllis

  Please be aware that Deb has the patience of a saint. I am afraid that I wasn’t pleasant to her when I initially called and she was gentle and kind with such empathy towards not only me, but my special needs child. We felt welcome as we quickly got dressed and came to the store for our purchases. I hope that you continue to hire such professional employees as this is not my first visit here. I will always return when I need something and advise my family and and friends. I hope I can have a few business cards from her. God bless you for having such an asset on your team!

  I recently purchased furniture for a new apartment from Raymour and Flanigan online. During the delivery process I had many questions but unfortunately, the out of state online agent that had helped me place my order, dropped all communication once the sale was done. I did not know where to turn to so I contacted the Raymour and Flanigan in Saratoga Springs NY hoping they would help me, even though I did not place my order through them. I was immediately transferred to John Palmeri, the manager at the Saratoga Springs location, who was extremely patient and helpful, answered all of my questions, and encouraged me to reach out to him if I needed anything else or had any other questions. Later when I found that I did indeed need more support and had more questions, I physically visited the store to meet him in person and get more guidance with my furniture order. He came out immediately and listened to my situation , then guided me through all of the information I needed to make some decisions about my order. As a customer I felt heard, respected, valued and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to order furniture to visit the Saratoga Springs location. The team there is caring and you will have an amazing experience if you work with them face to face. John Palmeri has incredible customer service skills and truly seems to work from the heart. Should I need anymore furniture in the future - I will only order through the Saratoga Springs NY location. Try a visit and you'll see what I mean!!!
