    Went to Raymour in Saratoga springs for a few pieces of furniture. I had the pleasure of working with Melissa. She was very knowledgeable and helped me plan out the space. We seem to have similar taste because everything she showed me I loved. Would definitely recommend and visit the store and Melissa next time I need furniture or maybe some decor advice! Thank you !

    My family and I stopped in to potentially purchase a new mattress for my fianceè and I. We were hoping to find a queen size mattress. When we came in to look at the mattresses there was not a single staff member in sight. We spent 10 minutes trying out mattresses and browsing prices to not have anybody come and help us. As we were leaving I noticed that the one staff member who seemed to exist was too busy to speaking on her phone to help us at all. She was on her phone the entire time we were there and after we left. I'm very disappointed, we will be going to a different furniture store to make our purchase.     Para vender son buenos nice pero para la entrega son malos dicen una hora y salen que llegan más tarde uno llama en la tiende no le dan razón no son organizados atención al cliente creo que no saben lo que hacen para mi experiencia deberían de buscar personas que sepan hacer su trabajo
