She was very knowledgeable and helped me plan out the space. We seem to have similar taste because everything she showed me I loved. When we came in to look at the mattresses there was not a single staff member in sight. We spent 10 minutes trying out mattresses and browsing prices to not have anybody come and help us. As we were leaving I noticed that the one staff member who seemed to exist was too busy to speaking on her phone to help us at all. She was on her phone the entire time we were there and after we left. I'm very disappointed, we will be going to a different furniture store to make our purchase.
