This is a typical big box hardware store. It is very clean and well organized. Staff is helpful and actually asks you if you need help. Prices are respectful.

My husband and I are building a large chicken coop and had been checking on line for the siding and such we wanted to use. We found a great price on the siding at your Sandy Store, but they were out. So we went into the saratoga springs store to get some other items, and found the siding. But it was just under 10.00 more per piece, and we were buying 8 of them. We know you have a no price match policy for same store. But we explained that the next closest store was out, could we price match it or something. The man says, nope, you can go there and buy them. Right after I explained Sandy was out of them. I understand that prices fluctuate from store to store, but in this case, there should be something your store could have done to help a good regular customer.I will be go to Sandy for the rest of our supplies.

Great experience at this Wilton Lowe's today.My customer service was amazing. I went there to pick a washer and dryer and needed to talk to someone about a bath tub/ wall unit.So helpful! Have shopped at this local Lowes for many years. Either in store or order online and pick up and for order items not available shipped to home. All options have always been easy, efficient, and good end result. Staff at store here always friendly and helpful. The lowes stores are always much neater, well cleaned and kept compared to competition in this market. Would recommend them when you are in need of any home improvement, holiday decor, appliances, and garden in spring and summer.

Today I noticed a huge sign advertising $20 off on various Craftsman power tools, but when I went to check out I was charged the regular price because I didn't use a Lowe's card. It was not stated on the sign you needed a Lowe's card to get the discount. This is false advertising!
