We brought it back within the same week and customer service at this store refused to provide any sort of resolution (no replacement parts, no return, no store credit, nothing). Completely incompetent staff all stating completely different policies and excuses when we spoke to different people trying to resolve it. At one point the old woman at the return desk told me it was my responsibility that I should have opened the box inside the store at the time I bought it to check that the item had all the parts in it and assembled at the store to check it all before leaving the store to go home - have never heard of something so idiotic.
