- JFJohn F3 days ago1.0I had a few family members recommend me this storage facility since they live in town, and have previously rented here with Jen and James. They told me the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I went to check out the store (since I couldn’t figure out how to rent online, and I was stuck between unit sizes) the three times I went over to the office, it was closed during business hours. That’s fine maybe I catch them during lunch, even though I went during different times, maybe it’s just my luck. I was finally able to check the facility out, but I was met with a really condescending attitude from Carolina when I mentioned how this was my third time trying to get a hold of the office (not to mention my calls were never answered back). The attitude just continued on while I was trying to figure everything out, which left me really frustrated and unwelcome. I just took my business up to public storage. Which is a little farther but I feel more confident and comfortable renting over there. Definitely recommend Oscar over there!
