    The associates were chatting and ran away when I tried to ask for assistance I figure they work there and have knowledge of where its at they were just chatting and talking on the phone collecting a timed paycheck rachet Lowe's. Never have I seen associates act like they dont hear you and run away slowly that you have to raise your voice. Another one told me go overthere you'll find it , the worst of the worst experience ever never going back there Lowes at Rosedale area south conduit dont go

    Me and my partner picked up a lawn mower, it was defective upon opening. So we brought it back to exchange, sadly they don’t do exchanges. So we had to get store credit to re-purchase. When trying to re-purchase it, the lawn mower was not the same price we paid when we purchased it online. So we were going back and forth with multiple workers to get help. Cory was the only person who was able to assist and accommodate us after sitting there for 2 hours. Thank you so much Cory!

    4.2.26--My friend and I visited the store. I was in need of paint for my apartment. There were a plethora of colors to selection from. The paint department wasn't busy,and we had the opportunity to be assisted by Jamar in the paint department.     Absolutely terrible customer service at this location. Yesterday around 2 PM, I came in looking for duct/vent products and asked an associate for help. From the start it was obvious he had no interest in assisting. While I was still explaining what I needed, he literally began walking away, quickly pointed at a couple of items, and left before I could ask any questions. It felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. Not surprisingly, the items he pointed me to were completely wrong. Because of that, I had to waste more time making another trip back to the store just to return everything. The customer service desk wasn’t any better. The employees were standing around chatting with each other while customers were waiting for help and being ignored. It was frustrating to see such a lack of urgency or basic customer service. If you’re coming here expecting knowledgeable staff or even basic assistance, don’t count on it. The attitudes were dismissive and the staff seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs. The only positive part of the experience was the cashier at Register 2, who was professional and efficient during checkout. Unfortunately, that was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating visit. Management seriously needs to address the customer service culture at this location.
