We bought a fake fireplace they didn’t give us any information regarding set up . When we received our purchase the people claimed no speak English.The fire place was damaged.i had to get a handyman to put it together.Lowe’s you really suck.I rather TikTok goods.

Avoid this store at all costs. We purchased a dishwasher and gas range from this store. They lied about it being in stock. The installer even showed up to pick it up because their system said the gas range was in stock, but it wasn't there. We have called repeatedly to check on the status, and they tell us they will call back, but they never do. They are unhelpful, incredibly disorganized, and lie about whether what you're purchasing is in stock.

Went in to get some custom blinds ordered (BRETT) insisted/persuade me to buy pre cut blinds he left me waiting for 45 mins I asked several people for help or asked for the Manager no one wanted to help me I left and went to Home Depot moral of the story is these people are lazy and won’t help you
