I actually give a zero for customer service. We purchased a refrigerator, they told us that it will be delivered on 03/07/2026 between 11 30am to 3.30pm. When the delivery arrived they said that they door for our main entrance had to be removed, my husband said, no a problem I will take it out, driver said "I cannot wait, I have to do a delivery that is 30 min away from here", my husband said but if our frame time for delivery is from 11.30am to 3.30pm and you arrived at 12.07pm can you come back?, driver said no, to a picture of our door and left with our fridge, now we have to wait until it gets back to the warehouse and the coordinator call us and reschedule the delivery. In the meantime time our old fridge is broken, we can't buy groceries like dairy or meat because they will get spoiled. What is more upsetting is that they sent Hispanic drivers, and you think your own people will help, but they didn't even try, they didn't even unpack the fridge. What a horrible service.

I was sold the wrong item. It took me many calls until a manager approved the return.
Many times I called and was put on hold for twenty minutes. I hung up called back other days same thing. Terrible to get through. It took over two months for me to finally get to talk to a manager. I had to get third part involved to have them admit I was sold the wrong item.

I call.. yes we have propane refills, i drive right there 20 min.. walk around the store for 10 minutes looking for an employee.. passed multiple just hanging out talking to each other. Passed from one to another because clearly working wasn’t on anyone’s agenda.. only to ultimately be told “we don't have anyone to do propane exchanges they are in a meeting it will be about 2 hours” …
