  They Make you pay an ungodly high delivery fee, but only deliver to your area two days a week and the one that was convenient for you they were filled. So why did I pay over $100 to have furniture delivered when I can’t even get it when I want it!!! Poor business and delivery should be on your terms not theirs!!!

  We bought a chair here. I had gone in earlier in the day to look around. I told the gentleman that I was just looking, which I was. It seemed like he followed me around the store, even sitting in the other section of the store as I looked around the bargain center. It felt almost stalker-ish. As a woman alone, it can be creepy when a man follows you around a store. Yes there were other people in the store but not that many. If I had needed help, I would have asked for it. When my husband and I went back later, to buy the chair, I did not see the same gentleman there and someone else helped us. I do understand that you may work on commission, but it just felt a little creepy.

  My mom and I have spent a considerable amount of time looking for living room furniture for her new apartment. Raymour & Flanigan was our last stop. We have the most wonderful experience at the Henrietta store. Our sales person Quentin Brooks was unbelievably knowledgeable. We felt no pressure at all. He spent A LOT of time with us as we changed our mind over and over again. He was very patient and kind. My mom was getting tired and he could see that and offered to get her a wheel chair to push her in as we continued to look. He was very respectful and pleasant at all times. I highly recommend Quentin and Raymour & Flanigan for your next furniture purchase!

  Boba V. was amazing to work with! Even on her day off she helped answer my questions and got everything set up for pick up right away! Can't wait to work with her in the future!! She was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. If you're a shopper that wants to look on your own and then ask questions, she is the girl for you. Thanks Boba!!! And thank you Raymour & Flanigan.

  Our salesmen was extremely helpful, he actually helped us twice because the first couch we picked couldn’t fit its way up to our apartment, so they helped us find another couch that we love just as much. The experience was great, I would absolutely recommend this store and the staff that work there
