  I had a great experience with the Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Rochester. Brain and Rob were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the different options so I could find the right hot tub for my needs. The quality of the tubs and the showroom itself really stood out. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. If you're looking for a hot tub in the Rochester area, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

  The Service Department is exceptional. Steve responds swiftly and explains in detail what the maintenance issue is with recommendations to move forward. 100% Professional.Service. Assisted us twice as our unit is over 10 years old. Still going strong thanks to super service.
