  My daughter and I went to the Greece store and we were greeter by Tom Donahue who offered to help us if we had any questions. At no time was there any pressure to buy anything. My daughter feel in love with one couch and today I went in the store, found Tom, and made the purchase . Tom made this so easy and my daughter will be thrilled when her couch is delivered! Thank you Tom Donahue for your help!

  Nothing I ordered was in stock I wasn't told that until day after the purchase we're at home excited about a delivery that wasn't coming for an indefinite period of time the salesperson Thomas Donahue who sold it should be fired and I certainly won't be shopping at your store again incompetent sales staff

  We came in specifically to try a Purple mattress and let Shahida “Shy” Shakir know we were just testing things out. She was incredibly welcoming and happy to help anyway. Shy walked us through the options clearly, adjusted the base so we could experience features like zero gravity, and even explained how an adjustable base can help with snoring. She took the time to swap pillows and make sure both of us felt comfortable with the firmness — even though my husband was the primary one needing the mattress. What stood out most was how genuine and knowledgeable she was. She shared her own experience with an adjustable base, respected our budget, and offered thoughtful alternatives without ever being pushy. She was personable, attentive, and truly made the experience easy and comfortable. She made our experience at Raymour & Flanagan seamless and positive, especially since we didn't initially plan to make a purchase.
