  Timothy Beach was my salesman, good guy. The furniture will be fine once it shows up. The rating is reflected based off of lack of communication with stock/online order. Giving me an arrival date and as the day is here I received nothing based off of it being out of stock. Why give me an arrival date? Was paid in full.... for no stock? Nothing of ANY kind of discount say( shipping or perhaps tax?) Even offered as a thought. A "im sorry" doesnt do much to the few thousand dollars used.... This was my experience, it could Subject to change if they reach out.

  On 2/13/2022, we purchased 2 flexsteel recliners and a couch from Raymour and Flanigan for $9k. We chose these due to their limited lifetime warranty, and five year warranty for mechanical and electrical parts. Recently, our recliner stopped working and is stuck in the reclined position. We had Raymour and Flanigan come out for a service call and were told that they contacted FlexSteel to order a replacement motor but were told the item is no longer being made and there is nothing they can do, despite there being a 5 year warranty on electrical and mechanical components. I reached out to Flex Steel myself and AHM repairs. AHM informed me that they are able to get the necessary motor from FlexSteel for $250. I reached back out to Raymour to inform them that the motor is in fact available and was told that since they discontinued the furniture line there is nothing that they will do. I will be filing a BBB complaint. My whole house is full of furniture from your company and will never buy from them again.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team effort I experienced at Raymour & Flanigan regarding my sectional couch. What could have been a frustrating situation was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine follow-through. Terrell, Chris, and Scott each played an important role, and together they truly went above and beyond. They listened carefully, took the time to understand my concerns, and worked collaboratively to find the best solution rather than passing me off or making me feel dismissed. Communication was clear, timely, and respectful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how invested they were in making sure everything was handled properly. Their teamwork, patience, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the experience feel manageable and reassuring from start to finish. It’s rare to see a team work so well together and genuinely care about the customer experience. Because of Terrell, Chris, and Scott, my confidence in Raymour & Flanigan has been reinforced. This is exactly the level of service customers hope for and they delivered. Thank you again to all three of you for your dedication and professionalism.
