  My wife and son went into the store and they saw a dinner room set that both liked. They sent me some pictures with the caption "I really love it". They came out of the store and we went home. A few days later I came the store and spoke with Robert on the sales department. I have him some details of the picture (I didn't had an item#) and he was able to find it. We made a deal over the phone and the dinner room set will be delivery next week or so. This is a surprised to my wife. Robert made easy explaining to me the different promotions on this item, such 4 chairs and a bench vs 6 chairs, the 5 years protection plan, delivery fee that includes the assembly, etc. Very please to continue buying furniture from them. I had bought 3 full bedroom sets for adults, two for my grown up sons, one for me, living room set and now the diner room set.

  Our sales rep Quentin was fantastic. Listened to our requirements and showed us to the exact areas for us to browse at various price points etc. We needed something simple to use for my eldest sister now in a nursing home. Found right piece and price. Expect delivery in two days. Great follow up and very professional. Thx.

  We originally were working with Shy who sent us to the Henrietta store that had more inventory of sectionals that we were looking at. Raj at the Henrietta store took care of us and he was absolutely amazing.! He worked with us and could not have been more accommodating. Both Shy and Raj were wonderful to work with and we could not be more grateful! Thank you to both of them!

  Horrible experience: Bought couch on 2/8, agreed to be delivered on 2/11 Received email for 2/11 delivery times; 1 hour passed time called and they said "oops, the warehouse pulled the wrong model (manual vs. power extender). So you won't it till 2/12". I did not receive a rescheduled notice till I called On 2/12 is was delivered, but the wrong color. Called and they said the right color will be delivered on 2/17. To compensate, they waived the delivery charge. On 2/13 delivered the wrong color. Didn't accept the delivery. Called and Spoke to Mitch and while apologetic and offered a gift card and a new delivery date for 2/18 with the correct color. On 2/18 received a phone call that the warehouse pulled the wrong color. Spoke to Mitch again and while apologetic he offered a second gift card and a new delivery date of 21st. On 21st, received the correct color Apparently, the warehouse had all the wrong skus on the couch boxes. While R&M was apologetic and offered compensation each time, still doesn't make up for the horrible experience. Not confident I'll receive the delivery fee refund or the 2 gift cards.
