    This place isn’t like normal furniture stores! We walked in expecting to be pressured into buying something. However, that wasn’t the case. Mohammed greeted us and asked what we we’re looking for and what our price range was. We told him and he took us to a specific area and let us be to explore! He said if we had any questions to come and get him! So we did our exploring and it was wonderful to not have a sales person breathing down your neck! Great service and great delivery service as well! I recommend this company 100!!!

    Because of health reasons, I was unable to shop for a new chair. My daughter and her family went and did the leg work. They narrowed it down to two choices. I called Robert Mulvihill and he answered all my questions. I was then able to place the order over the phone. Looking forward to the arrival of my new recliner.

    On 10/06/25 I made a purchase of $3537.49. Received my order but one piece didn’t work. So called and they were going to rectify and send another piece which was fine. So I waited but then delayed by warehouse. So manager said she would refund my delivery. Now I gotta double check. So in November I made my payment. Then comes December time to make payment and they doubled charged me, I immediately called the store only to hold and hold. Finally a manager (a man) answered I explained the situation he said he would have accounting look into and get back to me. Well that never happened so I’m trying to be respectful. I called a few days later ( and I felt like they see my name and number and don’t answer) phone rings or your put on hold and hold. Finally I called from another number got through and again talked with another manager was told there was something going and it would be fixed not true. Oh for your inconvenience I’ll send a card ( haven’t received that). Received my statement balance still doubled. In all my years of doing business with them this is the worst experience ever. I’m pissed 😤 off.

    I bought a very expensive area rug this past Sunday, we opted for pickup since we live in the area, they told us the pickup should be “around Mon/Tue and we’ll give you a call when it’s ready.” Late Tue afternoon, haven’t heard a peep, so I give them a call to be kept on hold for 5 minutes just to find out it got delayed to Friday…okay that’s fine but why did I have to call them to find that out? Now it’s Friday, 5pm, haven’t received a single call. So of course I have to call them again, and I find out the rug is ready for pickup but they close at 6? This lack of communication is so unprofessional, only reason I gave more than 1 stars is because at least the women who answered the phone were polite.
