  Awful experience, if I could give a zero I would. Ordered $7,000 worth of furniture to be delivered out of market and due to their new system they failed to schedule delivery on time. Resulted in the need to have furniture delivered locally and rent a UHaul and drive 900 miles. They did not even cover the cost of the rental truck and we also lost out on their set up service and needed to set up bunk beds and furniture ourselves. Shop elsewhere, big promises but they don't come through nor compensate.

  Look elsewhere. Delivery took more that 5 hrs. on each item. I had to fight to get my bedding delivered the next day as noted on their flier, then I had to wait ALL day to get my loveseat delivered. I don't have an issue with waiting but when you receive several mgs stating that we will be there between 11 am and 1 pm, then comeback with we will be there by 1:45pm, then another coming back to we will be there at 3:30pm. I probably have the times messed up but bottom line, "we" showed up at around 4 pm and NOT between 11 am and 1 pm. I had errands that I needed to perform and was not comfortable with leaving since I expected to find a note that said, "we were here, please contact the office to reschedule" 7 hrs later, I have my sofa......

  I ordered a sofa on Oct. 15th. I was informed it was going to take 2-4 weeks to have it delivered. I paid extra delivery charges. I got an email one hour before they came to deliver the couch . I was at work and never saw it. I missed the delivery. I tried to contact then twice by messing available on website. No response. I called and after 15 minutes was told that the record stated my delivery was cancelled and I had recieved a refund. So now no couch, no refund and no word from the company. I am beyond upset.

  Bought a set of couches with them not long ago, now one of them won’t recline and the warranty people won’t call us despite multiple calls.

  AVOID this company at all costs. I spent almost $4k and NEVER received my furniture; now they won't process a refund. I waited on hold for 3 hours only to be told a supervisor would "get back to me" to process my refund. Mind you, I paid in full (no financing), scheduled a delivery date, received a confirmation email AND text from Raymour and Flanigan with my delivery time window and I simply NEVER received any furniture. When I called to ask what was going on, they acted like my order didn't exist and implied it was my fault for ordering online. Horrific customer service experience. Not worth your time or money. Only way I'll get my money back is if I dispute the charges with my credit card company.
