- AMAnna Mukhin3 days ago1.0Do not rent carpet cleaners from here. I was given one that was already very dirty. Clumps of dust and debris all over. An unrinsed dirty water tank too. I used it for only my bedroom carpet and emptied the tanks as instructed. Then rinsed the tanks. When giving it back today the woman up front told me they could not accept it back because the machine was dirty. She said the underside and tool port were still dirty. I never even used any attachment tools so that part was left like how it was before. She was nitpicking everything and gave me a rag and expected me to clean it there. Mind you, it was someone else’s mess. And if i didn’t clean someone else’s mess she would’ve charged me a cleaning fee. If you really need to rent a carpet cleaner from here, turn right around if you see an old woman behind the counter.

Same story every time, nice people on the phone, after almost 6 weeks I cancelled the project, just a waste of time. I do not recommend at all.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
