What they don't tell you is their 5% off for card holders only applies to the part of the total that goes onto the Lowe's credit card, unlike every other store I know. Chatted with Lowe's who also refused to do anything about it. Highly disappointed by Lowe's today. Will be warning people about this sly trick of theirs. Won't be having anyone buy me anymore Lowe's gift cards and that 5% off for their credit card is a joke. It's not worth the hassle if you even get it.

On top of all this, he paid in cash, and they decided to send a gift card instead. We've been waiting two weeks now, and neither the store nor the delivery department is taking responsibility.

I had a wonderful experience--the estimator/measurer was spot on in ordering the products needed. The installers (out of Syracuse, NY) work was wonderful, the flooring was aligned perfectly and corner cuts perfect. The follow up calls and texts kept me informed. My floor is beautiful !!! Can't say enough about this store. I will always use Loews for my projects.
