    Wouldn’t normally review a big box store but the staff is so nice here. Two guys insisted on loading 8 bags of ice melt into my car during that crazy white-out a few weeks ago. And I know everyone is being genuinely helpful because I always look like a goblin when I go there.

    The employees are so helpful. Vincent at the paint counter helped me with my selections the other day. I have never purchased paint before but he was so patient and amswe5all my questions.

    Worst experience ever from Lowe’s appliance in Henrietta, in specific Brandon, the store manager. He was absolutely the most disrespectful person to ever have to work with for problem resolution. It started with him not even acknowledging my presence and then it just went down from there , his interactions and attitude towards me and my husband where that where were “bothering” him and he could not and would not be bothered to do his job and help us find a reasonable resolution. In fact he never even attempted to have that conversation just kept reading the computer screen to us. We have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed but I guess we will have to find another home store to take our business to. I just want to show you the item he told me he did not have and there was NO way it could get to us any sooner then 12 days (soonest) And the. Refused to even look to help to see if there was any other store - we stated we were willing to drive to - that had it in stock. The website said they have 67 available and There was 1 available right away in macedon. Unbelievable and just so sad and disappointing that we could not get just normal assistance.

    Buyer Beware!!! Delivery of my three kitchen appliances was a complete nightmare. I placed my order in September and did not receive the completed delivery until a week before Thanksgiving. I went over a month with no stove because I relied on the product to be delivered as promised. First I’m told that one item was damaged and another could not fit through my door even though no attempt was made. I revisited the store three times to get the missing appliances rescheduled for delivery. Why is the customer responsible for correcting the store’s oversight. It was excuse after excuse. Both the Henrietta store and corporate have dropped the ball. They take no pride is providing professional support after they have received your payment. I should have shopped at Home Depot but I opted for the sale at Lowe’s. In the end, you get what you pay for. Lowe’s failed this customer with poor delivery and poor follow-up customer service.
