    Botched flooring and plumbing. They did it twice and refused to fix it. Forged my signature and treated me like trash. Fixing it will cost me $5000. Any good lawyers out there?

    Today 10/17/2025 I went to get a wheelbarrow at Lowe’s at Greece with a friend who has a truck . It was crazy ! We could not find it anywhere inside the store so we decided to ask help from employees and ask first a gentleman employee and told us to go to the garden department. And we went to the garden department and we asked a gentleman then he pointed us out to the right direction, which is at outside. So we went to the outside of the store and found the wheelbarrows but they are chained and locked. Then I ask a guy there how do we get this. So he said he don’t work here go ask inside. Then I went and asked the employee that was close by at self check out , she pointed out to go to the customer service and there was a very long line and before I get to the desk there was an employee who walked by around the entrance and we told him that is there anyway that someone can help us to buy a wheelbarrow that are chained and locked outside. And he paged like five times and told me to go wait outside next to the wheelbarrows and someone will be there. So we went out and waited for a while. Then, eventually a very nice lady came and ask where the “ ticket “ for the wheelbarrow? Well we don’t have a ticket and didn’t know how/ where to get it before we waited here . She said Okay and on her pager/ phone and talked for a few times. Then the lady manager came and she is already grumpy and telling us that “ she can only unlock the chain and get you the wheelbarrow only if you have the ticket “ . And I said we didn’t know about it and don’t know how to get it. Then she said again that why I’am going to go get it! With the higher voice . Kinda rude ! I don’t understand why she has to tell me the need of what the first nice lady Job description and her’s (which I was not there to apply for their jobs. ) she was with a high pitch voice and storming off inside the store.Then my friend that who he tried to help me carry the wheelbarrow with his truck was like swearing at me that I’m done with this how long does it gonna take? We need to do this next time, he need to get back to work. And the grumpy lady manager involved in our conversation and told him not to say that kind of language. That when I apologize the nice lady and forget about it and I’m not coming back to Lowe’s and closing my credit card I recently opened because I just bought the new house. As a corporate of Lowe’s , they don’t lose much from one new home owner but for me I will not spend a penny of my money there with that kind of manager managing. That’s my story for today at Lowe’s !

    Save yourself the pain and suffering and take you business elsewhere. It took a whole week after getting measurements done by Lowes to get an estimate for 2 bed rooms of vinyl floors installed. I had to call twice to finally get the estimate, which I also paid in that same phone call. three days later I got a call from Lowes saying the messed up the quote and asked me to pay $41.00 after I paid almost $4,000 for the floors which was ridiculous. They had to order the additional flooring trim. All of the items have arrived on 10/11. It is now 10/17 and I had to call AGAIN for an update to get scheduled. I am no supposed to hear back in another 4 days to schedule an appointment for installation. UPDATE I had to reach out again to get the floors scheduled. The called me back to get the delivery of the materials scheduled (next day) and the install a week later. I get a call 2 hours later letting me know that now I need to remove the laminate tile on the floor before they can do the install, after the fact that LOWES was in my home, saw the flooring and now the installer is asking for more money on top of the quote Lowes has already given me
