- MBMisha BMar 4, 20261.0Worst storage facility ever! Was told I had locked in a rate and my 5th month there they doubled my monthly rent, no notice. They said a notice went out but I know for a fact I never received one and I have to check the mail for my mother in laws mail every day. Customer service says basically oh well it is what it is. We can change the rate any time. I understand if once a year they raise it $5-10 but to double the price in less than 6 months is ridiculous! I had specifically asked when I rented if I was locking in my rate and was told I had to sign by a specific day to lock in. Now not only do I have to pay double this month but I’m going to have to hire movers for the 2nd time in 6 months to move all while on PFML taking care of sick family. Don’t ever rent from extra space.
