She has been nothing but gracious, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely human in every interaction. When I was going through a difficult time, she noticed—and even something as small as a keychain she gave me meant more than she probably realized. Those moments matter. Storage is storage—but people are what make the difference. Doreen embodies that. She is the reason I stay. That said, the frequent rate increases are genuinely difficult to navigate, and a more predictable or fixed-rate option (or loyalty incentives) would make a big difference for long-term customers. At the end of the day, it’s not just what you’re dealing with—it’s who you’re dealing with. And Doreen makes all the difference.
