Our bed and adjustable frame is amazing and love that the bed was made in Buffalo and supporting local all around. Highly recommend City Mattresses Pittsford NY!

The moment I walked in, Antoine greeted me and asked how he could be of assistance. He listened to what my needs, preferences, budget and requirements were. He immediately started showing me several excellent options. Due to his expertise and professionalism, he very quickly was able to assess which options he thought would be best for me. There was absolutely no pressure or urgency. He gave me all the time I needed, and helped guide me in making my final choice of the three I was deliberating on. Unlike many salespeople, he actually nudged me toward the less expensive of the three which kept me UNDER my budget! I could not have had a better experience! The entire experience was an A++!!! Thanks again, Antoine!

Who was incredibly helpful), greatly appreciated that the (lovely!) young man on duty at the Pittsford location did not then try to upsell me (thank you, thank you!). Transaction was quick, delivery- exactly when I needed it to happen- was scheduled with no problems, and the delivery guys showed up exactly on schedule and got the whole “musical mattresses” thing done in 5 minutes! The whole experience was nothing but fabulous - all thumbs up to City Mattress and its employees, both in person and online! :)

Delivery was on time and they worked very quickly to get the old mattress out and the new one in. I would definitely go back for future purchases!
