This nightmare has been going on for over a YEAR and still has not been resolved. I've been in contact with a dozen people. The management at the store are useless. If they wore suits I would say they were "Empty suits"...completely belligerent and uncaring about my experiences. I can't imagine how a multi-billion dollar company operates this way. It's almost unbelievable. I could share the whole saga but it's just too much. All I can say is THINK TWICE before ordering windows or doors for installation. Unless you want them installed but the LOWEST Bidder and have ZERO customer service after they completely botch the job. Terrible experience. I am unfortunately going to have to stop shopping there all together based on how I've been treated. Truly sad.
