- ETEmri TafhasiFeb 1, 20261.0I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience has been extremely bad. I bought a washer from Lowe’s Riverhead and also paid for a 5-year protection plan. After only two years, the washer stopped working. Lowe’s has already sent a repair technician three times, and each time the issue was not fixed. I was then told they would call me back to schedule a fourth visit. Every service visit forces me to leave work and wait 2–3 hours, plus the additional time the technician spends attempting repairs. Each visit takes up my entire day. Despite repeatedly explaining that the washer is not repairable, Lowe’s continues to schedule more service calls instead of offering a replacement. The protection plan has been completely useless, and the customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend buying appliances or protection plans from this location.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
