- LLLukeNov 12, 20251.0Awful experience. Beware. Property claims climate controlled but it reaches 40 degrees in winter - 90+ in the summer (causing damage to electronics). My unit was broken into and they didn't want to pay out the insurance even though they found the man with the items in another unit, nor did they return my property. They also have customers illegally wiring lighting to their units which is a fire hazard.

When I arrived at the facility around 2:30 p.m. on a Saturday, I walked up to the door to start the process. The one and only employee (according to him) walked out just as I grabbed the handle to go inside. He forced the door closed, locked it, and said, “I’m on lunch!” I asked if there was anyone else available to assist, and he replied, “Nahh, I’m the only one, and I’m on lunch.” I explained that I had just driven to the facility to open my account. His response: “Yeah, I’m on lunch, so I’ll be back in like an hour.” To say I was baffled would be an understatement. I guess there’s no such thing as customer service anymore in 2025. At that point, the promotion and the facility was in my rearview mirror. I’ll gladly pay more at another place if the people working there actually care about their customers. I will never do business with this location again. BEWARE OF THE PROMOTION 😆 these people are 🗑
