    Zero stars. Constantly losing orders,super high delivery price for same day delivery and it’s never same day. Theyve lost my order for my son’s birthday and refuse to answer their phone. No refund,no costumer service and if you call the generic line the do literally nothing. Constant phone calls to fix issue and phone just rings for 15 minutes straight with no answer no matter time of day.

    The lady cashier at garden center is very rude and can't controll her attitude , all I told her that garden soil is $2 per bag at home depot then she start yelling , go to home depot then, as a long time regular customer , first time been treated like that from lowes, she is very bad for the business

    Purchased a sink online for over $800. Product was delivered and upon delivery package was opened and inspected. Product was missing parts and correct hoses. Included hoses that didn't even belong to the unit, unit needed 10mm threaded hose but included 2-(incorrect thread size) 8mm threaded hoses instead. Lowes falsified online in the description. Stated the unit included a garbage disposal which lowes said it did not! Offered proof that it was checked for being included and they said that didn't matter. On top of that it had Incorrect thread size water lines, soap dispenser was missing parts. Only option lowes gave was to take it up with the manufacturer. After 25-30 emails later and phone calls to the manufacturers customer service center. Was told that yes they messed up and nothing they would do to fix the problem. Contacted lowes back to see what they could do and was told return the item and wait for a refund. But in the meantime spend another $800 plus and order another one. Oh! But we can give you a $50 e card for your problem. Lowes fell on its face for not standing behind the product they sold on their website. Only said too bad so sorry your problem not ours! To top it off even with proof that the product was falsely advertised and misleading they still said "not our problem!" Lowes customer service and supervisors have become nothing but a scam artist.

    Lowes sucks for appliance purchases and installations. Twice my appointment for appliance installation was changed without my knowledge until the day the installation was suppose to take place. I have taken off work for 2 days now using my personal vacation time and still have no appliances. Awful customer service. Lowes does not even install appliances on their own anymore, they have outsourced it to another company a few years ago and as soon as they did things have gone downhill fast. Can't wait for the generic response from Lowes about how they are sorry and want to help me restore my faith in their worthless company but don't actually do anything to help.
