Lowes sucks for appliance purchases and installations. Twice my appointment for appliance installation was changed without my knowledge until the day the installation was suppose to take place. I have taken off work for 2 days now using my personal vacation time and still have no appliances. Awful customer service. Lowes does not even install appliances on their own anymore, they have outsourced it to another company a few years ago and as soon as they did things have gone downhill fast. Can't wait for the generic response from Lowes about how they are sorry and want to help me restore my faith in their worthless company but don't actually do anything to help.

CSRT the lowes contracted installer was one of the if not the worst business I have ever dealt with. Ordered a simple lp range delivery and Installation. Twice my scheduled deliveries didnt happen without any communication. I hope lowes partially responsible because each time when installer wouldn't answer my multiple calls I called the store I purchased from. They assured me installation was on schedule. Per their requests paid to have pets borded, spent 2 days moving things out of the way and payed a person to help(twice). Unexeceptable, I wasted 3 times the cost of installation on prep and today canceled the order. Shame on lowes for being in business with the likes. Had 2 different lowes associates not confirmed delivery........ As a customer I feel like I was just robbed. I cancelled the order, so never received a thing, but still managed to cost me 2+ days of my live $4600. The 1st misdelivery i was told there was an accident on the way to me and couldnt be installed (I called the store and was told the item was still waiting to be picked up. Was the booked out 2 entire weeks. When I called after the installation window today I was told the driver couldnt make it because of "the storm" (rep was blatantly lied, i had driven the 30 min trip twice today for other matters and the entire state has blue skies, said storm is 500 miles away and not supposed to start here for 24+ hours

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
