Tough to find anything in the store. Visit their website for aisle and bin, review the floorplan map, and still can't find the item. Maybe it was me but I usually can find my way around. Checked with customer service, was going to show rep item displayed with location on my phone when she asked "what is it?", so I told her. Basically pointed to the aisle and moved on to the next person. Finally met to gentlemen reps in one of the aisles who walked me to the location and the item.
