  My experience with Storage Post was severely impacted by the new manager, Tristian. While Manny was excellent and professional, Tristian was extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and dismissive. He provided incorrect information and falsely accused a customer, which could be considered legally defamatory. Despite knowing that I planned to rent a storage unit for over a year, Tristian refused to contact the previous employee I had been in touch with. He was unwelcoming and raised his voice at me, which was completely uncalled for and left me feeling disrespected. When I reached out to customer service, he immediately returned my call, claiming to be the company's manager. When I asked for the district manager's email, he falsely claimed he couldn't find it, offered his store's email instead, continued to be offensive , refused to provide proof or further details, ultimately hanging up on me. His behavior was entirely unacceptable and does not reflect the level of professionalism I expect. This man should not be in a management position. I hope the company serioustly addresses these issues through improved staff training and enhanced customer service standards. *I sent an email both to the support@ and through their contact us website, hoping to hearing back soon*

  Very clean storage has two guys there Then make your day worth it. Besides the starting to look like a less century bank, which I love, they’re very nice and make you feel comfortable doing whatever you have to do when you’re out there. Big hugs for Manny and Tristan they are the best. I totally recommend this place.

  This location has a great team and well-maintained space! Derek, Manny, and Rohan have great energy, are very attentive, and are delightful to work with! The space is clean, secure, and has an interesting history. This is the best storage facility that I’ve worked in and I highly recommend!
